Fees and Registration Information

*** All fees and deposits are per student, not per family. ***
Please make all cheques, except the community league membership, payable to Kilkenny Playschool. Debit cards can ONLY be used at playschool registration night held at Kilkenny hall. Community league membership cheques must be made out to Kilkenny Community League and can be purchased through the link above or at the playschool registration night. All fees will be collected at the registration meeting in September.
Registration Fee
Non-refundable $50.00 registration fee. This fee will secure your spot in the playschool. The registration fee is payable at the time you submit your application.
Program Fees
3-day Program:
$1,215.00 = 1 cheque to be dated September 1
$1,215.00 = $608.00 x 2 cheques to be dated September 1 & February 1
$1,215.00 = $135.00 x 9 post-dated cheques to be dated for the first of the month, September to May
2-day Program:
$990.00 = 1 cheque to be dated September 1
$990.00 = $495.00 x 2 cheques to be dated September 1 & February 1
$990.00 = $110.00 x 9 post-dated cheques to be dated for the first of the month, September to May
Community League Membership
All families are required to be members of a community league (in any area). Memberships can be purchased at the general registration meeting in September or through the Kilkenny Community League.
Toy Wash Deposit
You must provide a cheque in the amount of $100.00 (which will be cashed). Upon attendance at your scheduled toy wash days, the $100.00 will be refunded to you. If you do not fulfill your toy wash duty, the fee will be retained by the playschool.
Fundraising Deposit
Each child’s family will be required to provide two (2) fundraising deposit cheques written in the amount of $100.00 each and dated November 1st and March 1st (which will be held in trust). Upon fulfillment of meeting the minimum fundraising commitment, as required by the playschool, the cheques will be returned to you. If you do not fulfill your fundraiser commitment, your fees will be retained by the Playschool.
